Find out what “network” means on the page

Two casinos may belong to the same parent company while naming different operators in their account terms. Other sites may use the same software without sharing an owner. Before applying a rule from one brand to another, establish which connection the page actually describes.

Our guide to checking sister-site relationships explains the company and regulator sources to use. Once you have that information, compare the terms that affect your own account. A familiar layout or support window is not enough to answer those questions.

Read the account and offer rules at each brand

Look for named websites and defined terms such as “group”, “customer” and “account”. Those details tell you the intended scope of a condition more clearly than a general description of the network.

Question Detail to find Assumption to avoid
Is the account shared? An explicit list of websites where the account works. That one login or balance works across every sister brand.
Who can claim the offer? The offer’s definition of a new customer and any named related brands. That a new website means a new-customer entitlement.
Who handles a complaint? The complaints process and business named in that account’s terms. That contacting another group brand starts the same process.

For example, imagine an offer says it is limited to one person or household across a list of named websites. That is an illustrative condition, not a claim about a particular casino. The point is to read the list and the definition: looking only at the headline bonus would leave out information that determines eligibility.

If the wording is unclear, save the offer URL and ask support to identify the clause that applies. Do this before making a deposit. A broad answer about “sister sites” is less useful than a written answer about the specific account and offer.

Compare payment and verification details separately

Check the withdrawal section at the brand holding the money. Record the method, any stated processing period and any documents requested. A payment badge shown by another casino in the group does not establish what this account can use. The payment-badge guide explains how to separate deposits from withdrawals.

For online gambling in Great Britain, the Gambling Commission says age and identity must be verified before gambling. That does not mean a completed check at one brand will automatically be accepted at another. Follow the instructions for the actual account and keep sensitive documents within the operator’s verified submission route.

Check the scope of self-exclusion directly

Self-exclusion is not defined solely by a parent company’s brand list. GAMSTOP’s service information describes a scheme for UK residents covering gambling websites and apps run by businesses licensed in Great Britain. Its coverage crosses company groups.

If you have excluded yourself, check the confirmation and contact the scheme or operator if you are unsure which sites are covered. Do not use a network directory to find a way around an exclusion. Our gambling-support page lists services you can contact.

When comparing networks, keep the ownership note and the account-rule note separate. You might confirm that two brands share a parent while still needing an answer about a particular offer or withdrawal. Recording that unanswered question is more useful than filling the gap with an assumption.

FAQs

Can I use one casino account at its sister sites?

Do not assume so. Check whether the operator explicitly offers a shared account and names the websites it covers. Common ownership alone does not make a login or balance transferable.

Does a welcome offer apply at every brand in a group?

Read the offer’s eligibility terms. They may define a new customer by brand, by operator or by named related websites. If the wording is unclear, ask support before depositing.

Does self-exclusion only cover casinos with the same owner?

No. The scope depends on the exclusion used. GAMSTOP covers online gambling businesses licensed in Great Britain across different owners. Check your exclusion’s coverage and do not use another brand to get around it.
